The Georgia Enterprise Management Suite (GEMS) is an integrated online tool suite that supports the Technology Procurement needs of State of Georgia (SoG) agencies, and established GTA best practices, adopted through OCGA Section 50-29-3, for the governance, planning and implementation of large IT investments.
GEMS 2.0 enhances original Legacy GEMS tools established in 2012, to include a case management solution that serves the entire Project Investment Lifecycle Operation (PILO) and establishes a critical comprehensive data management framework component.
GEMS will continue to evolve and deliver valuable data insights across the entire PILO via interactive portfolio views of project investment dashboards.
